The name pretty much says it all: Bastian and Birk – two passionate food pioneers who together created babi's DELI. Birk brings years of experience in the restaurant industry, including fine dining. We're rethinking food – from our magical banana blossom meat (a meat alternative available only from us in Germany) to the renaissance of fermentation.
